摘　　要：该文对"双证融通"的含义进行了详细的阐述,分析了重庆市各建设教育院校中双证制实施的现状和存在的问题,并以重庆建筑工程学院建筑工程技术专业为例,详细描述了双证制下建筑工程技术专业人才培养方案的构建与实施。This paper elaborates the concept of ＂dual certificates＂ in detail, analyzes the status quo and the existing problems of the system in the con- struction and educational institutions in Chongqing, and takes Chongqing Architectural Engineering College as an example to describe in detail the construction and implementation of the professionals training program of construction engineering under the dual certificate system.
