摘　　要：兴趣是最好的老师。英语课堂教学的首要任务就是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,并且要能够给予学生独有的收获,这样课堂教学才能有效地开展。如何灵活运用PBL这种有效的教学模式,让独立学院的大学英语课堂生动、形象、有吸引力呢?本文将与教学实践相结合进行探讨。Interest is the best teacher. The top priority of English teaching is to arouse students＇ interest to learn English as well as to enable them have their specific acquisition. Only in this way can we have an effective English class. How to organize a vivid and attractive English class by using PBL in an independent college flexibly？ This paper is going to have a tentative discussion about the topic on the basis of teaching practice.
