摘  要:为满足教育事业对高校师资力量提升的需求,在教育体系的理论指引下培养具有创新能力人才,把握高校教师教学能力发展方向,引导教师向创新应用型方向调整。TRIZ理论是用于专业解决问题的理论,分析TRIZ理论的应用原理与提升师资能力工作相结合性,探讨引入TRIZ理论进入提升教师教学能力工作的可行性,与具体实施途径。In order to meet the requirement of improving the quality of college teaching staff, the educational course should cultivate talents with creative ability, should control the development direction of colleges teachers' teaching abilities, and should lead teachers' adjustment to innovation applied direction under the guidance of the theory of education system. The TRIZ theory is regarded as a special type theory to solve problems. This paper, analyzes the combination between application principles of the TRIZ theory and the improvement teachers' teaching ability, and explores the feasibility of introducing the TRIZ theory into the ascension of teacher teaching as well as the concrete implementation approaches.
