摘　　要：食品添加剂检验工作中,食品类别归属不同会直接影响对食品添加剂项的合格判定。本文中,笔者将结合自己的实践经验,重点介绍食品产品标准、食品生产准入分类与GB2760中食品分类体系的差异性以及其对食品添加剂结果判定的影响。Different categories will directly affect the qualified determination of items of food additives in the inspection work.In this article, the author will combine their own practical experience, focus on food product standards, the classification of the admittance of food production and food classification system in the GB2760 differences and its influence on food additives result determination.
