摘　　要：通过分析市场需求中联络译员的"译者能力"特征,论证了"人际沟通能力"在联络译员"译者能力"构成中的重要性,提出应用型本科院校口译教学应注重学生"译者能力"的培养,特别是"人际沟通能力"的培养。This thesis illustrates the features of the “ liaison interpreter’ s competence” that match the market requirements, demon-strates that “interpersonal communication competence” is an important part of “ liaison interpreter＊ s competence” , and proposes that the application-oriented universities should attach great importance to enhancing students＇ “interpreter ’ s competence” , especially their “interpersonal communication competence”.
