摘 要:形成性评价广泛应用于高等学校课程体系评价。以辽宁中医药大学中医学专业教学实践为基础,通过形成性评价建立合理的学生成绩评定体系,形成性与终结性评定相结合,诊断教育方案或计划、教育过程与活动,提供反馈信息,提高实践活动质量,促进学生学习积极性,提高学生应用知识实际能力,全面提高教育教学质量,改变应试教育质量评估强调终结性评估,学生成绩最终表现在"分数"或"通过率"上,导致学生将更多精力放在机械记忆的误区。"望闻问切"诊断方式和形成性评价有异曲同工之妙,通过"评价诊断-反馈信息-改正问题-提高质量"等环节,切实达到提升教学和人才培养质量这一根本目标。运用形成性评价加强素质教育,教师充分了解与掌握学生学习情况,制定更有针对性的教学方法;学生则通过反馈情况明确自身学习差距,优化改进学习方法,激发学习兴趣,促进自主学习,保持学习动力,促使学习效果的全面提升。中医院校开展学生成绩形成性评价体系研究是提高学生综合能力素质的重要方式,可为学生未来走向临床实践打下坚实的基础。Formative evaluation is widely used in high school curriculum evaluation system. In the teaching practice of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of traditional Chinese medicine as the foundation, through the formative assessment of student achievement assessment system reasonable, formative and summative evaluation of combined diagnosis schemes or plans of education, education process and activities, provide feedback, improve the quality of practice, promote the enthusiasm of students, improve students' practical ability to apply knowledge, improve teaching quality, change the examination oriented education quality evaluation emphasizes on summative assessment, student achievement in the final "score" or "pass rate", students will lead to misunderstanding more focus on mechanical memory. "Basic diagnostic methods and formative evaluation there are different approaches but equally satisfactory results, the evaluation of diagnostic feedback problems-correct information-to improve the quality and other aspects, and to improve the teaching and the quality of personnel training. The fundamental goal of using formative assessment to strengthen the quality education, teachers fully understand and grasp the students' learning situation, develop more targeted teaching methods; students through feedback to clear their own learning gap, improve learning methods, to stimulate interest in learning, promote autonomous learning, keep learning motivation, to enhance learning the effect of formation. Research system evaluation is an important way to improve the comprehensive ability and quality of students to carry out student achievement for students in Colleges of traditional Chinese medicine, the future clinical practice and lay a solid foundation.
