摘  要:目的应用非线性复杂性测度方法探讨首发精神分裂症患者额叶脑电图变化规律。方法利用Lempel-Ziv复杂性测度方法对40例首发精神分裂症患者和32例正常成人的FP1(左额极),FPz(额极中线点),FP2(右额极)导联脑电图进行复杂度测定,比较组间和组内差异。结果首发精神分裂症患者组FP1,FPz,FP2的EEG复杂度均值均大于正常对照组(P均<0.05)。首发精神分裂症组FP1,FPz,FP2导联之间的EEG复杂度无明显差异(P<0.05)。而在正常对照组中仅有FP2和FP1导联之间有差异(P<0.05),FP1和FPz,FP2和FPz导联之间则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论首发精神分裂症患者额前叶脑电图复杂度明显高于正常人,而且其额前叶两侧还存在着非对称性差异消失,这在一定程度上可为精神分裂症的辅助诊断提供理论依据。Objective To investigate the changes of electroencephalogram(EEG)in prefrontal lobe of patients with first-episode schizophrenic using nonlinear complexity measure. Methods EEG of FP1(left frontal pole),FPz(middle frontal pole)and FP2(right frontal pole)in 40 patients with first episode schizophrenia and 32 normal adults were measured by Lempel-Ziv complexity. Then we analyzed differences between and within groups. Results The complexity of FP1,FPz and FP2 in the first-episode schizophrenia group was significantly higher than those in the normal control group(P〈0.05). No significant difference was observed among FP1,FPz and FP2 lead in the first episode schizophrenia group(P〈0.05). Meanwhile,there was no significant difference among FP1,FP2 and FPz lead in the control group(P〈0.05),but there was a remarkable difference between FP1 and FPz lead(P〈0.05). Conclusion The EEG complexity in prefrontal lobe of patients with first-episode schizophrenia is significantly higher than that in normal people. The asymmetric difference disappeared in both sides of the anterior frontal lobe. These findings could provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis of schizophrenia.
