摘  要:苯甲酸及其钠盐在医药、添加剂和日用化妆品等工业生产中有着非常广泛的应用。目前工业上主要采用甲苯液相空气氧化法生产苯甲酸,但是这种方法生产的苯甲酸中含有较多杂质,且苯甲酸呈现黄色,带有非常强烈的刺激性气味,这些缺点严重影响了苯甲酸的质量及其应用。本文使用双降膜熔融结晶工艺精制苯甲酸,通过实验获得最佳的精制工艺为:结晶温度控制在113~119℃,使结晶率保持在50%~70%。发汗温度控制在120~125℃,发汗6h。6h后,继续升温,使物料全部熔融,控制熔化温度在130~135℃。本工艺可将粗苯甲酸(GC纯度92%~95%,质量比,下同)纯度提高至99.9%。本工艺操作过程简单、稳定、可控性强,同时生产效率高、成本低、不排放污水,为高纯度苯甲酸的精制提供一种绿色的工业化的生产方法。同时亦列举出目前国内外对苯甲酸及其钠盐作为食品添加剂的使用剂量要求,为企业生产提供参考。Benzoic acid and sodium benzoate have an extensive applications at medical industry,food additives and cosmetics. Liquid-phase oxidation of toluene by air is the common way to produce benzoic acid in industry. But the impurity of benzoic acid by this method causes yellow color and pungent smell. These seriously affect the benzoic acid's quality and its application. Double falling film melt crystallization was used in this study to refine benzoic acid. The best production processing is:crystallization temperature at 113-119℃ and crystallization rate 50%-70%;supersaturated at 120-125℃ for 6h,and melting at 130-135℃. Through this process,crude benzoic acid(92%-95%,GC,mass ratio,the same below)can be refined up to 99.9%. The operation of this technology is very simple,stable and can easily control. The process is highly efficient,low cost and without pollution. The amount of benzoic acid can be used as a food additive at home and abroad were also discussed.
