摘 要:针对传统的PID控制算法很难准确控制DFB激光器温度的问题,提出并设计了一种基于模糊PID控制和自适应遗传算法的新型DFB温度控制系统.该控制系统由硬件和软件两部分构成,在硬件设备上以单片机作为控制系统的处理器,以铂电阻和热电冷却器分别作为控制系统的敏感器和执行器;在控制算法上利用自适应遗传算法来优化模糊PID的自整定规则.结果表明,该系统能够实现DFB激光器在5~65℃温度范围内的有效控制,控制误差和超调量分别低于0.002 3℃和10%,具有较好的应用前景.Aiming at the problem that the traditional PID control algorithm is difficult to accurately control the temperature of DFB laser, a new DFB laser temperature control system based on fuzzy PID control and adaptive genetic algorithm was proposed and designed. The control system consisted of hardware and software. For the aspect of the hardware device, the micro controller unit (MCU) was used as the processor of control system, while the platinum resistance and thermo electric cooler (TEC) were taken as the sensor and actuator of control system, respectively. For the aspect of control algorithm, the adaptive genetic algorithm was used to optimize the fuzzy PID self tuning rule. The results show that the proposed system can achieve the effective control of DFB laser in the temperature range from 5 ℃ to 65 ℃. The control error and overshoot are lower than 0. 002 3 ℃ and 10%, respectively. Hence, the proposed system has a wide application foreground.
