摘　　要：教师作为教育生态系统的重要组成部分,教育的每一步发展都离不开教师的发展。在教育信息化给传统教育带来的这场巨大变革中,变革最终能否成功,关键在教师。文章探讨并提出了教育信息化背景下教师教学能力提升的相关策略途径,对于新形势下提高高校教育教学水平具有重要的指导意义。As an important part of educational ecosystem, the development of education is inseparable from the development of teachers. The key to the success of the reform is whether the educational informationization brings the great change to the traditional ed- ucation. This paper discusses and puts forward the strategies of improving teachers＇ teaching ability in the context of educational infor- matization, which is of great significance to improve the teaching level of higher education in the new situation.
