摘  要:以地处秦巴山区的安康市白河县A镇和汉中市洋县B镇为调查对象,采用问卷法、访谈法和参观法,深入了解农村小学布局调整在秦巴山区的实际效果。调查显示,农村小学布局调整主要表现为"撤点并校",其顺应了农村生源减少的现实,满足了学生家长希望孩子接受高质量教育的愿望,整合了教育资源,改善了办学条件,提高了教育教学质量,具有一定的积极意义。但同时也存在着撤并幅度过大的现象,并由此产生了学生上学距离变远、家庭经济负担加重、少部分学生对新的生活和学习环境适应困难、学习成绩有所下降等问题。针对这些问题,提出了办好村小学和教学点、完善寄宿制学校基础设施建设、加强师资队伍建设、解决学生上学路途安全问题四项对策措施。In this study, A town in Baihe County, AnKang City and B Town in Yang County, HanZhong City were selected as the sur- vey object, in order to get an in-depth understanding of the actual effect of layout adjustment in Qinba Mountain area. The survey shows that the adjustment of the layout is mainly manifested as "Dismantling Teaching Points and Combining School" . There are some positive meanings that it conforms to the reality of the decrease of rural students caused by urbanization, satisfying the desire of parents to receive high quality education, integrating educational resources and improving School conditions and the quality of education and teaching. However, there still are some problems, such as: Excessive combination cause students go a long way to school; Heavy burden will be increased in the family economic; a small number of students have difficulties to adapt to the new life and learning environment so their a- cademic performance has declined. To solve these problems, four measures were put forward in this paper. That is, making a good man- agement of village primary school; improving construction of the boarding school infrastructure; strengthening the construction of teachers and solving the safety of students to school.
