摘 要:目的探讨基于B/S网络考试模式在中医外科学教学中应用的效果。方法将学习中医外科学的学生93名随机分为网络系统考核新模式(实验组)47人和传统考试模式(对照组)46人。课程结束后,比较2组学生中医外科学的理论口述、技能操作等差异,并调查实验组对网络系统考核新模式教学效果评价。结果实验组在技能考核总分、理论口述分均高于对照组,有统计学差异。绝大多数学生认为通过应用网络系统考核新模式,能激发学习兴趣、提高自身自学能力等。结论网络系统考核新模式可以促进学生自主学习、提高临床思维能力。Objective To discuss the application effect of examination mode base on B/S network in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine surgery. Methods 93 students of traditional Chinese medicine surgery were randomly divided into new model of network system examination( experimental group) and the traditional examination mode( control group), with a total of 46 students(n = 47) in each group. At the end of the course, the differences between the two groups of students in traditional Chinese medicine, such as oral theory and skill operation, were compared. Results In the experimental group, the total score of the skill assessment and the theoretical dictation were higher than those of the control group, and there was statistical difference. The vast majority of students believed that through the application of the network system to assess the new model can stimulate interest in learning, and improve their self-learning ability, etc. Conclusion The new model of network examination can promote students 'autonomous learning, and improve their clinical thinking ability.
