摘  要:针对大型液压挖掘机工作平稳及可靠性的要求,从挖掘机液压系统观点出发,设计一套挖掘机多泵液压系统,并对其工作原理进行分析。利用AMESim软件建立挖掘机多泵液压系统模型,并与ADAMSCosim进行了联合仿真,通过合理设置仿真参数,得出挖掘机多泵液压系统回转机构与工作装置主要元件的输出特性。结果表明:挖掘机执行机构在外负载变化时运动平稳、可靠,主要元件的输出特性符合挖掘机实际运动规律,验证了设计的合理性。研究结果对实际挖掘机液压系统的设计和调试具有指导意义,同时可以提高设计可行性和可靠性,降低设计成本。For smooth and reliability requirements for large hydraulic excavator, from the viewpoint of excavator hydraulic system, a multi-pump hydraulic excavator system was designed, and its operation principle was analyzed. AMESim software was used to build excavator multi-pump hydraulic model, and a co-simulation with AdamsCosim was completed. Through reasonable setting simulation pa- rameters, the output characteristics of the multi-pump hydraulic excavator slewing system and working mechanism main components were gotten. The results show that when the external load changes, the excavator actuator moves smoothly and reliably; the output char- acteristics of the main components of the composite excavator accord with actual law of motion, validating the rationality of the design. The results of this study have practical significance for excavator hydraulic system design and debugging, while design feasibility and reliability can be improved, the design cost is reduced.
