摘 要:为实现更好地发展,新创企业应重视通过加强知识创造的管理来不断提升其动态能力。新创企业知识创造包括知识获取、知识筛选、知识整合、知识应用及知识升华五个阶段,主要受企业发展战略、所处外部环境、企业外部网络关系、内部资源状况以及创业者个体及其团队共享心智模式等因素的影响,故新创企业应通过科学制定发展战略并加强战略宣传,塑造学习型组织,加强知识管理相关软硬件的建设与管理,加强外部网络关系的开发与合理使用以及合理组建创业团队并科学管理人力资源等策略加强知识创造管理。本研究有助于帮助创业者及新创企业管理者更好地认识新创企业知识创造的规律并有效管理之。In order to achieve better development, new ventures should pay attention to promoting dynamic ca- pability constantly by strengthening knowledge creation management. New ventures' knowledge creation includes five stages of knowledge acquisition, knowledge selection, knowledge integration, knowledge application and knowl- edge sublimation, which is mainly influenced by factors, such as enterprise development strategy, external environ- ment, external network relationship, internal resource condition and mental model shared by individual and entrepre- neurial team. Therefore, new ventures should strengthen knowledge creation management by way of formulating sci- entific development strategy and promoting strategic communication, shaping learning organization, improving soft- ware and hardware construction and management relevant to knowledge management, reinforcing exploitation and ra- tional use of external network relationship and structuring entrepreneurial team in an appropriate way as well as sci- entific human resource management. This study will help entrepreneurs and new ventures' managers have a better understanding and management of the laws of new ventures' knowledge creation.
