摘 要:目的了解青岛市市售海鱼异尖线虫感染情况。方法随机采集青岛市市售海鱼,当日解剖鱼体,解剖镜下查找、分离海鱼内脏及肌肉内异尖线虫幼虫。结果 169尾鱼中,28尾检出异尖线虫科幼虫,总检出率为16.57%;72份样本中,20份检出异尖线虫科幼虫,样本检出率为27.78%;鱼种检出率为50.00%。结论青岛市市售海鱼有较高的感染率,应加强相应的健康教育和健康促进。Objective To survey the current infection status of Anisakis in marine fish in Qingdao. Methods Marine fish were collected randomly from markets and dissected in the same day. The Anisakis larva were identified and separated from the viscela and muscle under anatomical lens. Results 168 Anisakis were detected in 28 marine fish,and the total infection rate was16. 57%; 72 Anisakis were detected in 20 samples,and the sample detection rate was 27. 78%; fish species detection rate was50. 00%. Conclusion The infection rate of Anisakis is quite high in marine fish in Qingdao and thus corresponding health education and promotion measures should be strengthened.
