摘　　要：本研究基于福柯微观权力论视角，对幼儿园课程决策、设计、实施与评价的权力运作进行了较深入的分析。在此基础上，研究者提出，可从明确责权边界、发挥园长的领导作用，建立合理的园所纪律和人才管理制度，构建顺畅的课程权力表达机制三方面着手，保障幼儿园课程权力的合理运作。From the perspective of Foucauh＇s micro-power theory, this paper explores the power operation in kindergarten curriculum plan, design, implementation and evaluation. And researchers suggest that kindergarten curriculum power operation should be guaranteed from three aspects： clear boundary of power, reasonable discipline and administration system, and open communication channel.
