工程教育专业认证理念下教师教学团队建设

摘　　要：教师教学团队建设是为满足培养市场竞争的人才必需的重要工程,结构层次合理的教学团队,是教学任务高效完成的保证。在工程教育专业认证理念下,按照工程教育专业认证标准对师资队伍的要求,将理论研究与实践相结合,开展工程教育专业认证下的专业教育理论与教育规律研究。分析团队的师资现状,介绍团队教师在教学实践中专业水平和教学能力的培养,并在专业课程的理论与实践教学中付诸实践。给出适应工程教育认证标准的教师教学团队建设的思考。Teaching team construction is an important project which meets the need of market competition.A teaching team with reasonable hierarchy structure is the guarantee of efficient teaching tasks.According to the engineering education professional certification standard requirement for teachers,combining theory study and practice,the professional education theory and education law research are carried out under the concept of engineering education professional certification.This paper analyses the current situation of teaching team,introduces the cultivation process of professional level and teaching ability in teaching practice,and then puts it into practice.As to the engineering education certification standard,some ideas about teaching team construction,which are of certain reference significance,are presented in this paper.
