摘 要:目的探讨PBL结合CBL教学法在血液科住院医师规范化培训中的价值。方法选取2013年7月—2017年4月在我院血液科进行规范化培训的40名医师为研究对象,随机分为实验和对照组,实验组采用PBL+CBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法,对两组的理论、实践考试成绩及教学质量评价进行对比研究。结果 PBL+CBL教学组理论考试主观题及实践技能考试成绩优于传统教学组(P<0.05);PBL+CBL教学组学员认为该教学模式能够更好的提高自学能力、增加理论知识理解、拓展知识面(P<0.05)。结论 PBL+CBL教学法在血液科住院医师规范化培训中能够获得较好的效果。Objective To explore the value of problem based learning(PBL) teaching method combined with case based learning(CBL) teaching method in standardized training of hematologic residents. Methods A total of 40 interns, who undergo standardized training in the department of hematology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chinese PLA General Hospital from July 2013 to April 2017, were randomly divided into experimental group and control groups. The experimental group was taught with PBL combined with CBL Teaching Method, and the control group was taught with traditional teaching method. The theory and practice test scores and teaching quality were compared between two groups. ResultsPBL combined with CBL teaching group had a higher score in subjective questions and practical skills test than traditional teaching group(P〈0.05). The new teaching method could also improve self-learning ability and the understanding of theoretical knowledge of residents(P〈0.05). ConclusionPBL combined with CBL teaching method could obtain better effect in standardized training of hematologic residents, and the application prospect is promising.
