摘  要:教师资格证作为一种对教育行业从业教师的许可认证,随着教师资格考试变成国考,意味着"师范"的专属性消失、教师教育面临解制的可能风险,以及教师转变为国考"服务者"。但教师资格国考强化了教师职业的专业性、准教师的创新意识和能力等,教师教育体系能够提供有力的保障。只有发挥教师教育专业的优势,才能真正把握机遇。独特的学科综合优势和改革创新优势,可以有效地将学术性和教育性结合起来,推动教师教育的学科专业发展和创新能力发展。必须立足自身优势,创新办学思路,实现职前培养与职后培养的有效融通,以"人才品牌"建设推动教师教育"做强",以"多元化"模式提升"准教师"整体素养。Teacher certification is a license for teachers into education industry, with the teacher qualification test becoming a national examination, which means that the special attribute of normal is disappearing, the teacher education is facing potential risk of the solution, and the teacher becomes the server of the exam. However, the teacher qualification examination strengthens the professionalism and the teachers" innovation consciousness and ability, and provide the teacher education system with powerful guarantee. Only taking advantage of the teaching profession can we truly seize the opportunity. The unique comprehensive advantages of the discipline and reform and innovation can effectively combine the academy and pedagogy to promote the profession development and innovation ability improvement of teacher education. It has to be based on its own advantages, innovate the thinking of running schools, achieve the effective integration of pre-employment training and after-work training, promote teacher education be stronger with talents brand, and enhance the overall quality of prospective teachers with pluralism.
