摘　　要：分析了高校工程训练教学团队的现状,提出加强团队内涵建设,创新人才引进机制,加强"双师型"教师培养,建立健全激励机制等建设思路,旨在打造一支"结构合理、业务精湛、充满活力"的高素质专兼职工程训练教学团队,为国家培养更多高素质应用型创新人才。This paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching team of engineer training in colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures, such as strengthening the connotation construction of the teaching team, innovating talent introduction mechanism, strengthening the ＂double-qualified teacher＂ training, establishing and improving excitation mechanism, in order to construct a high quality team for engineer trainingwith a sound structure, exquisite business, and vitality for the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents.
