摘　　要：随着信息技术时代的到来,风靡全球的"翻转课堂"教学模式开始从国外走进国内,从中小学走进高校。国内许多高校开始积极尝试转变传统课堂的教学模式和教学方法,并备受教师的喜爱和关注。文章从"翻转课堂"的内涵与特征入手,研究新升格本科院校在实施"翻转课堂"教学模式过程中,教师应对"教"与"学"的教学角色和行为转换。With the advent of the information technology era,theMflipped classroomMteaching mode,which is popular all over the world,begins to enter the country from abroad and enters the universities from primary and secondary schools. Many colleges and uni-versities in China have begun to try to change the traditional classroom teaching model and teaching methods, and have attracted the attention and attention of the teachers. Starting from the connotation and characteristics of ＂flipped classroom＂, this paper studies the teaching role and behavior transformation of teachers in the process of implementingMflipped classroomMteaching mode in newly up-graded universities.
