摘  要:吉林大学于2009年开始实施"基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划",几年来,学校从人才培养客观规律和师生实际需求出发,以促进学生"自由全面的成长"为根本,在启动"吉林大学拔尖学生质量提升计划"基础上,继续打造优质的育人与教学环境,全面推进拔尖创新人才培养的综合改革,目前已取得丰硕的成果,并通过"拔尖计划"的引领和示范效应,将有益的思路和成功的人才培养经验予以推广和实施,使更多的学生受益。Jilin University began to implement the experimental plan of developing Honors students major in basic science subject from 2009. in recent years, the school consider from the objective rule of personnel training and the actual needs of teachers and students, continue to build the high quality educational and teaching environment, based on"Jilin University Honors Students Quality Promotion Plan", to promote students get a free and all-round development, Jilin University comprehensively promote the comprehensive reform of cultivating top innovative talents, has gotten the fruitful results, and make the" Honors Program"as a leading to get a demonstration effect, Promoting and implementing useful ideas and successful experience of personnel training, to benefit more students.
