摘  要:为提升教学质量,高校普遍设立了教学督导,对学校的教学建设、教学改革、教学管理、教学水平、教学的整体效果及具体的教学实践活动进行监督、评估、指导、反馈,成为高校教学质量监控体系的重要组成部分。文章结合华东理工大学十几年的教学督导工作实践和成效,探讨了教学督导在高校教学管理和提升教学质量过程中发挥的重要作用。In order to improve the quality of teaching,many colleges and universities introduced instructional supervision to monitor the various aspects of teaching,including teaching construction,teaching reform,teaching management,teaching level and specific teaching practices.It has become a key part of the teaching quality monitoring system.Based on the experience and positive results gained from more than ten years' practice in East China University of Science and Technology,this paper probes into the important role that supervision plays in teaching management and in the process of improving teaching quality in colleges and universities.
