校企合作实践教学模式的探索与思考——以建环专业为例

摘　　要：立足于应用型本科院校人才培养定位的特点,结合校企产学研联合的教育趋势,笔者根据自己的专业特色,分享了学校在实践教学中融合企业合作的模式,并探究经验。既包括联合共建校内特色实(试)验平台,同时将专业拆分为不同方向,按方向不同合理建立校外实习实训基地,为学生的综合应用能力培养、为企业的订单式培育人才,搭建合作共赢的模式。Basedonthecharacteristicsoftalenttrainingorientationinappliedundergraduatecolleges,combiningwith theeducationtrend of industry- university-research cooperation between colleges and enterprises , the author according to their own professional characteristics, shares the model of enterprise cooperation inpractice teaching, and exploresthe experience. Includingthejoint co-construction of campus characteristics （ trial） inspection platform, it also splits the professional into different directions at the same time, according to the different direction to establish a reasonable internship training base to train students＇ comprehensive application ability, and cultivate talents for enterprise＇s order mode, so as to buildwin- wincooperationmodel.
