摘　　要：高职毕业生要成为高素质的专业技能型人才,必须具备多方面的素质和能力,其中思想政治素质最为重要。它对技能训练和就业实践具有十分显著的影响。因此,在教学实践和技能训练中加强思想道德教育,必须要从高职院校实际和学生的特点出发,坚持以立德树人为根本任务,精心策划,营造良好的育人环境,既要突出育人为本、德育为先的教育理念,不断丰富和创新思想政治教育内容,更要不断加强思想政治教育师资队伍建设,充分拓展大学生社团活动的思想政治教育空间。To become professional skilled talents with high qualities, higher vocational graduates should have qualities and ability in various fields, and ideological and political qualities are the most important. The qualities have significant impact on skills training and employment practice. To enhance moral education, it must start from the actuality of higher vocational colleges and characteristics of students, stick to the basic task of moral education, and create good educational environment. It needs to highlight the educational concept of people-oriented education and moral education first, constantly enhance the teaching team construction, and sufficiently expand the educational space of coUege students＇ community activities.
