摘　　要：以课堂网络化为主要特征的"课联网",强调"互联网+教育"环境下教学与学习主体的人人参与,教学资源的共享共建是重要的物质基础和教学保障。基于"课联网"的高职院校财务管理专业教学资源共建共享,应树立教学资源共建共享的观念,完善教学资源共建共享的合作机制,开展教学资源共建共享成果的绩效评估,尝试产业化和市场化运作。＂Network course＂ characterized by classroom networking emphasizes the participation of everyone in teaching and learning subject in the context of ＂Internet plus education＂ and the sharing of teaching resources is an important material foundation and teaching guarantee. In the co-construction and sharing of teaching resources in fi- nancial management major of vocational colleges based on ＂network course＂, it is necessary to establish the idea of co-construction and sharing of teaching resources, improve the cooperation mechanism for it, carry out the performance evaluation for the achievements and try the operation of its industrialization and marketization.
