摘  要:在创造力研究中,压力与创造力之间的关系长久以来并未形成一致结论。通过对华北地区3个企业领导及其下属进行问卷调查,探讨心理授权及其维度对工作压力(挑战型/妨害型压力)与创造力的调节作用。结果发现:(1)心理授权对妨害型压力与创造力有显著负向调节作用,而对挑战型压力的调节效应不显著;(2)心理授权意义维度显著负向调节挑战型压力与创造力,显著正向调节妨害型压力与创造力;(3)心理授权自我效能维度显著正向调节挑战型压力与创造力,显著负向调节妨害型压力与创造力;(4)心理授权自我决策维度对挑战型/妨害型压力与创造力均无显著调节作用;(5)心理授权影响力维度显著负向调节挑战型压力与创造力,对妨害型压力与创造力无显著调节作用。The results of stressor effect on creativity are mixed in creativity research. The results showed that: psychological empowerment significantly decreased the effect of hindrance stressor on creativity, while has no significant effect on the relationship between challenge stressor on creativity, while significantly increased the effect of hindrance stressor on creativity; the self-efficacy dimension significantly increased the effect of challenge stressor on creativity, while significantly decreased the effect of hindrance stressor on creativity; the self-determination dimension has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between challenge stressor-hindrance stressor and creativity; the influence dimension significantly decreased the effect of challenge stressor on creativity, while has no significant moderating effect on hindrance stressor and creativity.
