应用型本科高校校企合作人才培养模式研究——以创新创业为导向

摘　　要：校企合作,是目前我国应用型本科高校改革转型发展的基本思路,也是应用型本科高校生存发展的内在需求。在此背景下,校企合作人才培养模式要与时俱进,充分发挥创新创业的导向作用。论文通过对目前的校企合作模式与特点进行分析,找出当前应用型本科高校校企合作模式存在的一些弊端,并提出应对之策。The cooperation between schools and enterprises is the basic idea of the reform and development of the applied undergraduate colleges in China,and the inherent demand for the survival and development of the applied undergraduate colleges.In this context,the school-enterprise cooperation personnel training model to keep pace with the times,give full play to the guiding role of innovation and entrepreneurship.After analyzing the current mode and characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper finds out some drawbacks of the current cooperative-type undergraduate colleges and universities,and puts forward the countermeasures.
