Investigation and Analysis of the Teaching Efficacy of Middle School Chemistry Teachers in Anshun Prefecture of Guizhou Province

摘  要:采用问卷调查的方法,调查、分析了贵州省安顺地区8所中学的化学教师教学效能感。调查分析发现该地区中学化学教师的一般教育效能感较个人教学效能感低,教龄、学历和学校地域对化学教师的教学效能感有显著性影响。针对调查分析的结果,提出了提高安顺地区中学化学教师教学效能感的几点建议。The teaching efficacy Guizhou province is investigated of eight middle school chemistry teachers in Anshun Prefecture of by the method of questionnaire. Analysis suggests that the investigated teachers' general teaching efficacy is obviously lower than the personal teaching efficacy. Meanwhile, the years of teaching experience, academic credentials and the conditions where the school lies in have remarkable effect on teaching efficacy of the investigated teachers. Based on the results of the investiga- tion and analysis, this paper proposes some suggestions for improving the teaching efficacy of the mid- dle school chemistry teachers in Anshun area.
