摘　　要：为了方便师生及时沟通交流,突破传统教学评价考核方式在时间和空间上的限制,文章充分利用计算机和网络技术,使用Visual Studio 2010和SQL Server 2008等开发工具,设计和实现了在线教学评价考核平台。通过该平台,学生和教学督导员可以对教师的教学情况进行评价和提出建议,及时反馈教师的教学效果,指导教师后续的教学工作,从而能更好的实现教书育人的目标。In order to offer convenient communication between teachers and students, break through the limitation of time and space in the traditional teaching evaluation and assessment methods, and improve teaching quality, this paper makes full use of computer and network technology, adopts Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008, and so on, to design and implement the online teaching evaluation platform. On the platform, students and teaching supervisors can evaluate and advise the teaching situation, and feeds back the teaching effectiveness, to guide the further teaching work, so as to better achieve the goal of teaching and educating people.
