摘　　要：思想政治理论课教师,是肩负着重要历史使命的一支高校教师队伍。随着我国进入全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,国内外形势发生了深刻变化,进一步加强高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的重要意义凸显。影响高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的因素复杂多变,树立"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念引领高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设,成为全面深化改革背景下搞好思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的必然。The teachers of Ideological and political education course is a team of college teachers with im-portant historical mission.As China enters the decisive stage completing a comprehensive well-off society, and the situation at home and abroad has undergone profound changes,thereby, it is of great significance to fur-ther strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities.The factors that influence the construction of the teaching staff of Ideological and politi-cal theory course in colleges and universities are complex, and to advocate ＂innovation, harmony, green, open,sharing＂ five development concepts,making them guide the construction of the teaching staff of Ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities becomes necessary to transform Ideological and political theory teaching staff under the background of the reform being comprehensively deepened.
