摘  要:通过培训提升幼儿园教师专业水平是实现教育内涵发展的重要途径。当前农村幼儿园教师培训存在内容缺乏针对性、培训方式不恰当、培训专家实践经验不足、培训评价体系有待完善等问题,可通过重点设计培训内容、倡导经验参与式培训、优化培训师资队伍、构建园本培训体系等策略完善农村幼儿园教师培训。The new teacher, transfer teacher and non-professional origin teacher are the major components of rural teaching staff. The training for rural kindergarten teachers are confronted with some problems such as the lack of specific contents, the inappropriate training methods, the experts short of practical experience and the evaluation system that needs to be perfected. The strategies that promote the training of rural kindergarten teachers include focusing on the design of training contents, that advocating the par ticipative training, optimizing the training faculty and constructing the training system based on kindergarten.
