摘　　要：迷你临床演练(Mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)是应用多年的内科医师临床能力评估工具,经过改良后应用于外科住院医师规范化培训考核。结果显示第二学年的外科住院医师成绩明显优于第一学年,这说明Mini-CEX检测出了培训效果。因此,可以将Mini-CEX推广应用于外科住院医师规范化培训考核。Mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise（MINI-CEX） was used in the assessment of physicians for many years. It was modified to as- sess surgical residents. The results showed performance of second grade residents were better than that of first grade residents, which means the MINI-CEX found effects of the training. It can be used in the assessment of standardized training for surgical physicians.
