摘　　要：根据国家"工程认证"和"卓越计划"的要求,从转变高校传统人才培养观念入手,对哈尔滨理工大学机械专业的培养目标、毕业要求、指标点、课程体系、达成度计算与评价等方面进行了较为深入的分析和探讨,构建了适合"培养产出"的新型机械专业人才培养模式,为专业人才培养的"持续改进"提供了可靠依据,为提高学生的"工程意识、工程素质和工程实践能力",为适合经济社会发展需求培育高质量人才提供了一条可行途径。according starts form changing ing objectives, graduation requirements, index points, course system, achievement calculation and evaluation of mechanical engineering of Harbin University of Science and Technology, it has carried out more comprehensive a- nalysis and discussion and established professional personnel training mode to adapt to the new type mechanics of the ＂training output＂. The paper has provided a reliable basis for the ＂continuous improvement＂ of professional personnel training, and supplied a feasible way which improved the student＇ ＂awareness of engineering, engineering quality and engineering practice ability＂ and cultivated high-quality talents to suit to economic and social devel- opment requirements.
