摘  要:目的:研究急救医学实践教学体系创新与改革教学法即三级医生教学制度在临床带教中的应用效果。方法:选取吉林大学白求恩第一临床学院临床本科实习学员60名,随机分为实验组(三级医生教学制度30人)和对照组(传统临床带教模式30人)。实习结束利用换角色教学、病例书写、理论及实践技能考核相结合的方法,对两组考核结果进行比较,并对两组实习学员进行问卷调查,分析两种教学方法的利弊。结果:教学实验组学员考核成绩均显著优于对照组学员(P<0.05)。结论:急救医学实践教学体系创新与改革教学法与传统带教模式相比,不仅可有效提高教学质量及实习生的学习热情及积极性,达到良好的教学效果,还可提高带教教师的教学热情及积极性,加强教师自身队伍建设。objective: Study on the innovation of the practice teaching system of emergency medicine and the application effect of the reform of teaching method, namely, the three class doctor teaching system in clinical teaching. Methods:60 clinical undergraduate students of Bethune First Clinical College of Jilin University were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (the teaching system of grade three doctors and the control group (the traditional clinical teaching mode of 30 people). The end of the internship by teaching, case writing, role theory and practice skin assessment method of combining the evaluation results of the two groups were compared, and the two groups of students conducted a questionnaire survey and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of teaching methods. Results: The scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Emergency medicine practice teaching system reform and innovation of teaching method compared with the traditional model of teaching, not only can effectively improve the quality of teaching and intern learning enthusiasm and initiative, achieve good teaching effect, but also can improve the teachers' teaching enthusiasm and initiative, strengthen teachers team construction.
