摘 要:医学微生物实验教学是医学微生物教学的重要环节,传统教学拘泥于老师传授,学生模拟,主动性差。本文探讨医学微生物学实验教学中模拟临床检验过程的教学模式,以病例为导引,指引学生以临床思维思考问题,主动探讨实验方法和制定实验方案,并通过实验验证自己的观点,不仅锻炼了学生的临床思维,加深了学生对理论知识的理解和掌握,而且为学生将来的临床工作奠定基础。The experimental teaching of medical microbiology is an important part of the teaching of medical microbiology. The traditional teaching is restricted to the teacher's teaching, the students' simulation, and lack of poor initiative for learning. The aim of this article is to discuss the clinical inspection process in experimental teaching of medical microbiology. This teaching model start with a clinical case and the simulated clinical thinking training, asked students to discuss experimental methods and programs. And these methods and programs are then verified though the experiments. This teaching model not only exercise the simulated clinical thinking, deepen comprehension of related knowledge, but also lay the foundation for future clinical work.
