摘  要:为建立一种快速测定食用植物油碘值的检测方法,采用布鲁克公司生产的MPA型傅里叶变换近红外光谱仪获取了482个食用植物油样品的光谱信息,利用GB/T 5532—2008方法测得了碘值的化学参考值,运用OPUS 7.0软件建立了模型,并采用交叉检验确定了最优建模参数。结果表明:交叉检验标准偏差(RMSECV)为0.824,相关系数(R2)为0.998 9,样品集预测偏差平均值(MVPD)为0.65%,相对分析误差(RPD)为29.7,偏移为0.004 34,最佳谱区范围为9 403.8~7 498.4cm-1。该模型用于快速测定食用植物油碘值是可行的。In order to establish a rapid determination method of the iodine value of edible vegetable oil, the spectral information of 482 edible vegetable oil samples were collected by MPA FI" - NIR spectrometer which provided by Bruker Co.. Furthermore, the chemical reference values of iodine value were detected by GB/T 5532--2008. The OPUS 7.0 software was used to develop model, and the optimal parameters of the model were studied using cross validation method. The results showed that the root mean square er- ror of cross validation (RMSECV), correlation coefficient (R2), mean value of predicted deviation (MVPD), relative analysis deviation (RPD) and offset were 0. 824, 0. 998 9, 0.65%, 29.7 and 0.004 34, respectively. The optimal spectral region was 9 403.8 - 7 498.4 cm -1. The model for rapid determination of iodine value of edible vegetable oil was feasible.
