摘　　要：在实验教学体制改革的基础上,依据教学实际需要,并围绕专业学生创新能力培养这一既定目标,进行实验室基础设施建设,包括实验室的开放性管理和后期的运行。经过数年的努力、建设、发展,重新确立以学生临床实践能力为中心的专业人才培养目标,通过建立开放性、创新性实验室,将传统的课堂学习模式转变为立体式、情境式的学习模式,有效地提升了教学效率。On the basis of the reform on the experimental teaching system,according to the actual need of teaching,and aiming at the established goal for the cultivation of the professional students＇ innovation ability,the construction of the laboratory infrastructure is carried out,which includes the laboratory open management and its later operation.Through the years of hard work,construction and development,the professional training target centered on students＇ clinical practical ability is reestablished.By constructing the open and innovative laboratory,the traditional classroom learning mode is transformed into a stereoscopic and situational learning mode,which effectively improves the teaching efficiency.
