摘 要:目的评价青钱柳多糖的体外抗氧化活性。方法从青钱柳中超声提取多糖,苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量。以维生素C为阳性对照,研究青钱柳多糖对DPPH、O_2^-·、·OH、NO_2^-的清除作用和对脂质过氧化的抑制作用。结果结果表明青钱柳粗多糖中多糖含量为4.32%,精制多糖中多糖含量为11.79%。在试验浓度范围内,青钱柳多糖对DPPH、O_2^-·、·OH和NO_2^-有一定的清除效果,其中对DPPH清除能力最强,同时青钱柳多糖也具有抑制脂质过氧化的活性。同浓度的青钱柳粗多糖清除自由基和抗氧化活性均高于其精制多糖,但均低于阳性对照维生素C。结论青钱柳多糖具有良好的抗氧化活性,可开发成新型的保健茶或高附加值功能产品。Objective To evaluate antioxidant activity of Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides in vitro. Methods The crude and refined polysaccharides were extracted from Cyclocarya paliurus using ultrasonic extraction technology and detected by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Compared with the VC positive control, the scavenging activity of Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides against free radicals and inhibition effect of lipid peroxidation were studied. Results The polysaccharides content in crude extract was 4.32% and reached 11.79% in refined extract. The Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides had certain scavenging capacity on the DPPH, O2^-·, ·OH and NO2^- within the experimental concentration range. The scavenging ability of Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides on DPPH free radical was the best. Furthermore, Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides also inhibited the activity of lipid peroxidation. The scavenging free radicals and antioxidant activity of crude polysaccharides were stronger than those of the refined polysaccharides in the same concentration, but lower than those of the VC positive control. Conclusion The Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides have good anti-oxidation ability, which can be developed into a novel kind of health tea or functional products with high added value.
