慕课与PBL教学法相融合在肾脏科临床教学中的应用

摘　　要：PBL已成为全世界医学院校公认的一种有效教学方法,但PBL授课形式中尚存不足,学生个体差异对PBL的效果影响很大。该文旨在通过肾脏内科临床专业课程教学中将慕课与PBL融合,找到慕课与PBL分担临床专业教学的优化原则及方案,并推出本科临床专业教学的慕课课件,以探索一种高质量、高效率的临床专业教学方法。PBL is an effective teaching method which has been widely recognized by medical schools all over the world. However, PBL approach still has some problems in that personality differences among individual students may lead to significant variation of PBL effectiveness. This paper introduces our practice of combining MOOCs with PBL in clinical specialized course teach-ing of nephrology. We have discovered the principles and methods for optimization of clinical spe-cialized course teaching and developed MOOCs courseware for clinical teaching to explore a clini-cal teaching method with high quality and great efficiency.
