摘　　要：PBL由于其独特的医学知识传授特点,成为国际上最为流行的临床医学教学模式。西安交通大学第一附属医院在国内较早开展对临床医学外科系统的PBL教学工作。文章从教学目标、教学过程以及教学中存在的问题进行总结分析,以期不断改进普通外科PBL模式教学,并进一步推广。PBL h a s been co n sid ered as th e mo s t p o p u la r te a ch in g mode of clinical medicine because of its unique characteristics of medical knowledge transmission. Our hospital was one of the first to carry out PBL teaching of clinical surgical system. This paper analyzes the teaching goal, teaching process and problems of PBL teaching in order to constantly improve and further popu-larize the current PBL teaching of general surgery.
