现代职业教育体系建设的制度配置思考

摘　　要：建设现代职业教育体系是国家战略性制度安排,是经济社会发展的要求和反映。在新的历史条件下推进现代职业教育体系建设,要有全局思维和战略判断,围绕"服务发展、促进就业"的办学方向,采用整体协调推进策略,优化制度配置,全面规划、系统设计、整体推进,努力适应经济社会发展需求、产教深度融合、中职高职协调、与普通教育相互沟通、体现终身教育理念、为国家和社会创造更多人才。Establishing modem vocational education system is a national strategic systematized plan, and the request and reflect of economic and social development. For proceeding the establishment of modem vocational education system in new historical environment, the overall mindset and strategic judgement with orientation of serving development and promoting employment should be used to implement integrated strategy and optimize system allocation, then plan, design system and push comprehensively to adapt actively to the economic and social development, combination of industry and education, coordination of middle and higher vocational education, communication with general education, which could create more talent for nation and society with the idea of life-long education.
