摘  要:个体道德发展的特征以及教师教育的规律决定了教师专业道德的培养具有内在的统一性。随着教师教育一体化成为国际教师教育发展的重要趋势,教师专业道德的一体化培养显现出重要价值。教师专业道德培养的一体化不仅有利于增强专业道德发展的持续性和衔接性,也有利于提升专业道德发展的阶段适应性。为此,不仅应从纵向上建立起融通的专业道德一体化培养体系,还应从横向上加强培养机构的整合协作,从而为教师专业道德一体化培养的实现与推进提供保障。The characteristics of individual moral development and the rule of teacher education determine the inherent unity of the cultivation of teachers" professional ethics. As the integrated teacher training is becoming the mainstream of the development of international teacher education, the integrated training of teachers" professional ethics begins to show its significant value. It is not only beneficial to enhance the continuity and cohesion of the development of teachers" professional ethics, but also beneficial to enhance its stage adaptability. We should establish an integrated training system of teachers" professional ethics in the longitudinal direction when strengthening the overall collaboration of education institutions synchronically in the horizontal direction. In that case, the realization and promotion of integrated training of teachers" professional ethics can be guaranteed.
