摘  要:"食品检验技术"是食品质量与安全专业一门实践性较强的专业核心课程。通过对"食品检验技术"实验课程教学存在的问题进行分析和总结,从相应的课程设置、教学模式和考核方式等方面进行改革探索和实践,切实提高学生的专业素养和操作技能,使其更好地适应应用型食品安全专业人才培养的需求。The experimental curriculum of Food Inspection Technology is a quite practical professional core course of food quality and safety specialty. In present paper,the existing problems and disadvantages in experimental teaching of this course are analyzed and discussed in detail,and further explorations and comprehensive practices regarding its reformation are illustrated in terms of corresponding curriculum setups,teaching modes and examination forms,in order to improve students' professional attainments and operation skills effectively and thus,enable them to fit the cultivation demand of food quality and safety specialty appropriately.
