摘 要:针对阀控缸液压系统输出位移的有极调节,提出一种基于电磁换向阀的两级并联电液位置控制系统.它由两个并联的电磁换向阀组成,其中一个电磁换向阀的A、B油口带节流阻尼.分析了该液压系统的工作原理和控制方式,并建立了液压系统数学模型.对该电液位置控制系统的输出位移控制效果和影响因素进行仿真分析,结果表明该电液位置控制系统和基于电磁比例阀的常规电液位置控制系统在阶跃信号下的输出位移基本一致,仅在稳态值附近有微幅波动.选择直径较小的阻尼孔和频率较高的电磁换向阀利于减小系统输出位移的稳态误差.通过实验对仿真结果进行了验证,结果表明,该电液位置控制系统能精确控制液压缸输出位移,满足负载位移的有级调节.To regulate valve control cylinder hydraulic system output displacement discontinuously, a new type of electro-hydraulic position control system is discussed. It is composed of two parallel solenoid directional valves; and a damping throttle is installed in the A/B port of one valve. A mathematical model is established by the working principle of hydraulic system. Simulation is carried out to reseach electro-hydraulic position control system output displacement and influence factors. The results show that the performance of the proposed electro-hydraulic position control system is consistent with electro-hydraulic position control system based on proportional electromagnetic valve under step input. Choosing smaller damping throttle and higher frequency valves are beneficial to reduce the steady-state error. An experiment has ac- complished to verify simulation. The results show that the electro-hydraulic position control system pro- posed can accurately control the hydraulic cylinder output displacement to satisfy discrete adjustment.
