摘　　要：通过开展生物制药综合实验的开放性教学实践,旨在巩固学生的专业基础知识,提高学生的实际操作能力,培养学生自主创新的科研意识和协作互助的科研精神,并对其教学模式进行研究与探索,建立面向多专业授课、多层次教学内容、多步骤实施教学过程、多元化评价方法的"四多"模式,有利于学科知识的融合,适合于不同专业、不同知识水平学生的实践学习,为(中)药学类实验课程开放性教学的实施提供经验和帮助。To consolidate the students＇ professional basic knowledge,improve their practical abilities,cultivate their independent innovation research consciousness and spirit of cooperation,the teaching mode was studied tentatively by having an open teaching practice of biopharmaceutical comprehensive experiment. The mode establishment of oriented professional teaching,multi- level teaching content,multi-step teaching process and diversification of evaluation methods,that is＂4- multi＂mode,is conducive to the integration of subject knowledge. It is suitable for students having different majors and different levels of knowledge to learn the practical knowledge. It can also provide experience and help for implementation of open teaching in other pharmaceutical experiments from now on.
