《大学》的德育思想对大学生道德人格培养的启示

摘　　要：《大学》蕴涵了丰富的治国理政、崇德重礼、修身治人和内圣外王的历史智慧,其德育思想对当代大学生道德人格培养具有重要启示意义。《大学》的德育思想确证了以"明明德"为核心的道德信仰,践履了以"亲民"为指向的道德行为,构建了以"止于至善"为尺度的道德戒律,生成了以"格物致知"为基础的道德智慧,炼就了以"诚意正心修身"为路径的道德自觉,彰显了以"齐家治国平天下"为担当的道德情怀。将《大学》德育思想贯彻到当代大学生道德人格塑造过程,需要重新树立大学生"明德入道"的价值观念、生成"仁者爱人"之心、确立"至善"的精神立场、培养"穷物"的"为学之道"、形成"修身"的内在品质、提升"平天下"的责任担当。The Great Learning as traditional Confucian classics, contains a wealth of historical wisdom about governing a state, advocating virtue and good manners, cultivating one＇ s moral personality, and ruling common people as a great saint and king. It is of great significance to the cultivation of university students＇ moral personality. In the Great Learning, ＂to illustrate bright virtue＂ is considered as the core moral belief, ＂to love people＂ is thought as the foundation of moral behavior, ＂to rest in the highest excellence＂ is pursued as an ultimate goal of moral codes, ＂to accumulate knowledge through investigation＂ is emphasized as a means to acquire wisdom, ＂to be sincere＂, ＂to rectify one＇ s heart＂ and ＂to cultivate one＇ s mind＂ are three ways to achieve moral consciousness, and ＂to regulate the family＂, ＂to govern the state＂ and ＂to maintain a peaceful world＂ are expected to be moral ideals. When adopting these ideas of moral education for moral personality cultivation of contemporary undergraduates, we need to help them to realize ＂illustrating bright virtue＂ as a core moral value, to generate their benevolent love, to set ＂resting in the highest excellence＂ as a spiritual goal, ＂to gain knowledge by investigation＂, ＂to cultivate their inner morality＂, and to shoulder the resDonsibilitv of ＂maintaining a peaceful world＂.
