摘 要:稻米是世界上产量最大的谷物,在2011年稻米的产量多达7亿t,其中我国年产量多达2亿t,排名在世界首位。随着稻谷在国计民生中战略地位的日益提升,稻谷加工技术的发展也越来越受到重视。在一些发达国家大米生产技术比较成熟的情况下,有很多制米企业将科研的重心转移到稻谷的深加工和综合利用方向上。我国的大米主要作为口粮消费,根据国家粮食局统计,我国粮食在生产加工后的损失惊人,但作为口粮消费的大米附加值低,增值有限。谷物除了加工主产大米外,还可以将主产品及其副产物,如碎米、米糠、米胚、稻壳等进行再加工提炼,制成新的产品,实现物尽其用。Rice is the world's largest grain production,2011 production of up to 7 tons,China's annual output of up to 2 tons,ranking first in the world.With the promotion of the strategic position of rice in the national economy and the people's livelihood,the development of rice processing technology has been paid more and more atten-tion.In some developed countries,the development of rice production technology is relatively mature,there are a lot of rice enterprises will focus on scientific research into the deep processing and comprehensive utilization of rice.China's rice consumption as the main food rations,according to the State Food Bureau statistics,China's food waste loss is staggering,but as a grain of rice consumption low value-added,limited value.In addition to producing rice grain processing,can also be the main products and byproducts,such as re refiningbroken rice,rice bran,rice,rice hull,made of new products,and make best use of.
