摘 要:高职学生虽存在知识水平较低,自我控制能力差,缺乏良好的学习习惯等问题,但我们只要树立每个学生都具有发展潜力,每个学生都能成才的观念,在基础课教学中,教师通过良性的情感交流、搭建平台让学生体验成功等方式帮助学生建立自信,同时在授课中将教学目标差异化、教学方法多样化、考核方式灵活化,引导学生扬长发展,人人将都是胜者。Although there are some problems in higher vocational college students , such as low knowledge level, poor self-control ability, lack of good study habits and so on, but we should set up the idea that every student has the potential for development and every student can become useful. In the teaching of basic courses, teachers help students build confidence through positive emotional communication, setting up platforms and making students experience success. At the same time, the teaching objectives will be differentiated, the teaching methods are diversified, and the examination methods will be flexible, so as to guide students self-development, and everyone will be the winner.
