高校茶文化社团发展现状及对策——以浙江经贸职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：本文着眼于高校茶文化社团发展的现状,结合笔者工作实践和文献资料,总结分析了发展中存在的问题:管理组织松散,缺乏资金、场地和师资,成员流失,受重视程度低,社团负责人领导力差等,并提出了完善社团制度,重点扶持,提供资金补助和教学指导,完善社团建设宣传社团文化、整合社团资源、提高活动质量、打造品牌社团等措施,以完善高校茶文化社团发展。This paper focused on current situation of the development of tea culture associations in universities, based on author＇ s work practice and literature, existing problems in the development were summarized and analyzed, such as loosing management organization, lack of funds, venues and teachers, loss of members, poor leadership of association leaders.Countermeasures such as improving the association system, focusing on support, providing financial subsidies and teaching guidance, improving association building, promoting association culture ,integrating association resources, improving the quality of activities ,and creating brand associations were put forward, so as to improve the development of tea culture association in universities.
